History and Traditions
The new History and Traditions committee for the 2011-12 year is looking forward to an amazing year. We have some big ideas for improving the chapter's interest and knowledge in TBΣ history, among other things. Some of our plans are outlined below:
Alumni Listserv
We invite all alumni members of Theta to join the Theta Alumni Listserv. Signing up is easy. Simply (click here) to add your e-mail address to the list. We also have a facebook group, so sign up and find out what’s going on. We will keep you informed without haranguing you, we promise! Please let us know if you have any ideas or requests that might help to get more alumni involved after they graduate. We miss you...
National Songs
This year, we will continue to work on our national songs. Especially our newest, The Affirmation!
Making History Come Alive
We will be compiling the results from our Oral History Project this year into a cool format to be determined by the chapter. If you didn't get to participate in the Oral History Project and would like to, please head (here) to contact the Historian or send a letter to Theta!
Database Work
The chapter is in the process of calling our alumni members to update our database information. If you are an alummni and haven't been contacted, email uctbshistorian@gmail.com and we'll update your informatoin!
