Registration for Convention will begin at 3pm in the upper lobby of the Northern Kentucky Convention Center. Check-in at the hotel is also 3pm. Should you arrive early, feel free to come to the Convention Center, or tour Cincinnati. For those presenting for Awards at Convention, those will begin at noon at the Hotel. Opening Joint Ceremony will begin promptly at 6pm with a concert of the Brothers and Sisters of Upsilon and Theta. Please be sure to arrive promptly so that you can enjoy the concert.

It's not too late to register for Convention. It is important to register BEFORE you arrive. If you register at the door, you will not be able to eat at the banquet. Late registrations must be postmarked by Monday March 26, 2007 if you wish to eat at the banquet. Remember that registration is now $45. This will allow you to participate in aspects of the convention.

Registration can be completed by filling out the Convention Registration Form found in your Chapter's Convention Packet or on the District Convention Website . All forms and payments must be mailed into the address provided at the bottom of the form. Registration Forms are to be postmarked on or before February 28, 2007. If you plan on attending the Illinois State University Block, your chapter may submit payments and forms personally to the Convention Coordinators at that time without penalty. All late registrations will be assessed a $10.00 late fee.

Convention T-Shirts will once again be available this year. Below is the front and back design that will be used for the t-shirt. Sizes ranging from XS-XXL will be available. If you would like to order a t-shirt before you come to convention, please denote what size you would like and include payment with your Convention Registration Form.

The Embassy Suites RiverCenter is the official NCD: Experience the Royal Skyline hotel. In order to book your room at the group rate, you must place your reservation by March 9, 2007 . Those attendees wishing to book online may do so by navigating to the NCD: Experience the Royal Skyline Embassy group page by clicking this link. Rooms will cost $119.00 a night plus tax. If your chapter has a Tax ID number that exempts you from Sales Tax, you may present your certificate at the check-in counter of the hotel upon arrival.

*Note: Kappa Kappa Psi and Tau Beta Sigma National Organization are not exempt from Sales Tax, so we recommend utilizing a University Tax ID Certificate, if possible.

At this convention, we are excited to be offering professional recordings of your National Intercollegiate Band auditions. Cost is $6 and will pay for a copy of your audition for yourself to keep, as well as a CD to send to Nationals in a postage paid envelope. Please fill out the NIB Audition Registration Form included in your chapter’s Convention Packet. Recording times will be given on first come, first serve basis. It is preferred that registration for auditions be sent along with convention registrations. However, if time allows, some walk-up recordings will be available. Let’s make sure the NCD has plenty of representation in Orlando!
