The Convention Registration Form integrates several different aspects of convention information that the coordinators need from all attendees in order to allow for a smooth convention. Please denote the membership status of each member attending. Please also note if a vegetarian meal is required. This year, the district is offering a Jazz Reading Band in addition to the Concert Reading Band and Guard Clinic. The Jazz Reading Band will be occuring on Friday evening, so it is possible to participate in more than one of these clinics. Please select on the Convention Registration Form which clinics/bands you would like to participate in and with which instrument. Larger instruments and percussion equipment will be provided by the University of Cincinnati Bearcat Bands.

This form integrates the same information used in the Chapter Convention Registration Form except this is specific for individuals from other districts, National Officers, Board of Trustee Members, and anyone else not a member of an active chapter or colony within the North Central District.

This year, in an effort to get a great NCD showing at National Convention and in the NIB, professional recordings of NIB auditions will be available for any one that wishes to audition. The cost for the recording service is $6.00 which will pay for the cost of the recording time, as well as, a CD copy of your audition for you to keep and a CD copy in a postage paid envelope for Nationals. Auditions will mainly occur on Friday evening and throughout the day on Saturday. Please denote on your NIB Registration Form which day and time you prefer.
