Community Band Announcements
- The 2009 UC Summer Alumni Community Band season is upon us. The 1st rehearsal of this season is scheduled for Wednesday, May 6, 2009 at 7:00pm in the
Rockwern Band Center. We look forward to seeing you this season!
- The UCBAA is pleased to introduce John Fecker as the new primary conductor and director of the summer community band program. Larry Welsh has served the
program well over the past several years and we are sorry to see him go, but he has elected to pass the torch on to John starting this year. John comes to us
with a wealth of experience as the former director of the Turpin High School Band for 26 years. John also has directed the Anderson Community Band for the
past 5 years.
